The ‘fit’ between a client and a PR consultancy has to be right. A client with a multi-tiered bureaucratic briefing and approvals structure may suit some consultancies, but not others; a sharp, pro-active client with defined requirements will need a consultancy that can progress the strategy at a similar pace. Fit is critical to a successful relationship.
